Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Major failure: your choice of refund or replacement. Minor failure: we fix it in a reasonable time at no cost.

Cancelling booked work

Tell us early. Reasonable notice costs nothing; late cancellations or no-access on the day may incur costs already committed (crew time, ordered materials, hire gear), itemised on request.

Deposits

Refundable less costs genuinely incurred before cancellation, itemised on request.

How refunds are paid

Back by the method you paid, normally within 10 business days.
